The public hearing will be held Wednesday October 2, 2024 at 10AM at 1333 S. Mayflower Ave, Unit 360, Monrovia, CA 91016 and online via zoom. Public comment may be provided in person, via email, or via the form below.

The SGVRHT plans to submit an application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)’s Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Housing (PRO Housing) grant program to expand its Revolving Loan Fund and Regional Land Trust efforts.

 

After receipt and review of public comments and testimony,  staff will revise the draft application, as applicable. The final application will be submitted to HUD by October 17, 2024.
