SALARIES & BENEFITS

The SGVCOG offers the following benefits for new employees:

  • Monthly flex-plan contributions to all full-time employees to be used toward health, vision, and dental insurance premiums as follows:

    • Employees Only: Up to $735​

    • E+1: Up to $1,365

    • Family: Up to $1,680*

  • No Social Security

  • Short and long term disability

  • Mileage reimbursement 

  • Auto allowance for executive management
