The SGVRHT Board of Directors provides guidance on matters being considered by SGVRHT, makes decisions on all funding applications, and advises on all SGVRHT activities.
A quorum of the SGVRHT Board of Directors is a majority of its members. Actions can only be taken on agenda items when a quorum of members are present. All meetings of the SGVRHT Board of Directors shall be held in accordance with the Ralph M. Brown Act (Government Code Section 54950 et seq.). Meeting agendas are posted on the SGVRHT home page and on the Archived Agendas and Minutes page.
