Union Station Homeless Services

Union Station Homeless Services is the lead service provider for the Coordinated Entry System for adults in the San Gabriel Valley region. To contact Union Station for family resources, call (626) 337-0140. For the Union Station Adult Shelter, email jsalazar@unionstationhs.org

Regional Resources

L.A. CADA

The Los Angeles Centers for Alcohol and Drug Abuse works with SGVCOG to provide direct outreach services to residents experiencing homelessness. Click the link below for more information. 

City Specific Resources

Housing Solutions Fund

Residents can contact their city or local service provider to learn about available assistance for direct costs related to housing, rehousing, or homelessness prevention.  

Tiny Homes

SGVCOG and SGVRHT have partnered with Azusa, Baldwin Park, and Montebello to build 4 sites of tiny home bridge housing. Each site maintains a waitlist. For referral information, please see the page linked below.

Montebello Community Assistance Program (MCAP)

The Montebello Community Assistance Program (MCAP) provides outreach services and alternative responses to Montebello residents facing homelessness. Call (213) 220-4171 to reach the MCAP team.
